Today I am thankful for musicals. I LOVE musicals! For those who know me, know that LOVE is not quite the right word...maybe...obsessed! I wish my life was a musical. My favorite musical is The Drowsy Chaperone (with Sound of Music right behind it). For many years I couldn't say what my favorite musical was. There are so many out there that I just adored that I had a hard time picking one. Until I saw the touring company of The Drowsy Chaperone and fell in complete love!! Right now Hale Theater is performing The Drowsy Chaperone (I would have auditioned except something about just having a baby...). I saw it last night and it was REALLY good! There was only one character that I really didn't care for. It made me sad because this character is one that I really liked in the 2 touring companies I've seen. If you have the money and time, go see this show! You won't regret it. Here's a clip of it:
