What Rain?

I love the rain. I really do. That's probably one reason I love Seattle. I know that for some people the rain makes them sad. I think if it rained for a long time, I might feel the same way. But when the weatherman says that it's going to rain and it's going to rain a lot, I get excited! I love lying in bed listening to the rain and the thunder. I love to watch it come down from my window. I love the smell after a good rain storm. (notice I love the things that don't involve me driving in it). So I was a bit sad when the the weatherman said it was going to rain on Tuesday and it didn't. At least it didn't in my neighborhood. Now he says it will rain today. I hope so! I love the rain!!
