Helping Dad in the Yard

Monday night, Hutch and I and Agent P did some yard work for Family Home Evening. The weather has been so wonderful that we've been spending a lot of time outside and P loves it! Hutch was working on a piece of tree or weed or something that is big and a pain. He was trying to dig it up and Agent P thought he'd help.

P's way of helping was hitting his shovel on top of the tree. He did try to take daddy's shovel but daddy told him that using his small shovel would be a bigger help. He loved using his own shovel.

When hitting the tree didn't seem to do much, he decided to dig up dirt and hit the dirt clumps with his shovel. He even throw the dirt in the air and was surprised when it came back down on him. He laughed, but was surprised. :)

Each time we play outside he likes to go over to where we toss the weeds and sit on them. Don't know why, but he thinks it's funny.

This is Agent P's artwork. He took two of the new sprinklers and put them inside the old one.

 Agent P was mad that he couldn't get the door open. After I took the picture, it opened.

 Do I want to ride in the wagon or...

...pull the wagon.

We had a lot of fun together playing in the backyard. We didn't get the stump out but hope to soon. Hopefully this nice weather will stay so we can play outside more often.
